Your elopement purchase entitles you to a digital proof and up to ONE round of changes to that proof. Additional proof revisions are available for a flat fee of $30 per round.
Please note that if you have ordered envelope printing, you must supply your address(es) before the first proof will be created, and changes to the envelopes constitute a round of revisions.
We accept photos in the following formats: .jpg, .png, .bmp, and .tiff
Please submit clear photos in the largest pixel size you have available. For best print results, you'll want to aim for 300 pixels per inch, meaning that if your final photo will be 5" by 7" then you'll want to submit a photo that is at least 1500px by 2100px.
Photos pulled from an online photo service (like Snapfish, Shutterfly, etc.) or a website like instagram or Facebook may not be of a high enough resolution for printing. Often these sites compress the photos they display and show a low-resolution version optimized for the web. These low-res images will turn out pixelated when printed. If you are using a photo from one of these websites, try to get the original, high-res version if possible. Better yet, provide us with original photos taken by a digital camera or high-quality, high-resolution-capable phone.
Please note that if you submit a low-resolution, blurry, or grainy photo, we will let you know, but this can add several days to the proofing timeline. Also, we can change your photo to black and white or sepia tone for you at no extra cost (just leave a note with your order), but retouching or other photo editing is outside the scope of purchase.
NOTE: By submitting photos, you agree that you are the photographer OR that you have permission to print in the form of a copyright license or release from the copyright holder or photographer. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree not to hold Skipt liable for any misuse of copyrighted images you submitted.
